Day 1 - Brisbane to Stanthorpe
The Granite Belt is Queensland's premier wine region and is located approximately three hours drive south west of Brisbane After a pit stop at Vincenzo's at the Big Apple we will continue our drive to the Crystal Ridge Lavender Farm which has far more to offer than "just" Lavender. We will then explore beautiful Stanthorpe. No day in the Granite belt is complete without a visit to a winery.
Day 2 - Queen Mary Falls
Our journey today will take us to the beautiful Queen Mary Falls National Park . We will capture some of the spectacular views over the Condamine Valley and enjoy a bushwalk. After a picnic we sample some of the local fruit produce in the "Jamworks" and visit the prestigious Ballandean and Symphony Hill Wine Estates before we return to Stanthorpe.
Day 3 - Girraween National Park
The Australian Geographic description: "Arriving at Girraween is like stumbling upon a vast sculpture garden. Around each bend you're stopped in your tracks by striking granite creations...." Girraween is an iconic Queensland national park and the region's most popular national park. We will enjoy a bushwalk before we enjoy a lunch together. Sadly our fun filled adventure has come to and end and we return back to Brisbane .
